Cloud 9 Life guarantees that our customers will love our products or they can return the open or empty bottle/packets for a full refund within 60 days from date of purchase. Defective products can be returned within 90 days of product order from Cloud 9 Life for replacement of the same product. At the discretion of Cloud 9 Life any defective product may be required to be returned to the home office so it can be verified that the item does not meet product specifications.
All returned items must be accompanied by a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) letter issued by a Cloud 9 Life Customer Support Representative. Cloud 9 Life will pay the shipping charges for products returned because of defects. The Company will provide a Call Tag or Returns Material Authorization (RMA) to cover the shipping charges for a defective item return.
All orders typically ship from our warehouse approximately within 2 business days from receipt of order in our system. The approximate time frame for delivery in Canada is 4-10 days of transit time.
Cloud 9 Life will choose the best method of shipping depending on the overall cost, weight and zip code of the order’s ship-to address. Most product orders will be shipped via a parcel carrier and once shipped will arrive 5-7 days following the placement of the order.
For larger orders (determined at the discretion of Cloud 9 Life), pallet shipping may occur and Cloud 9 Life will ship LTL (less than truckload). Pallet orders will be delivered on 48 x 40 wood pallets. Orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. If a P.O. Box is entered as the shipping address, you will incur a redirect fee.
From time to time, Cloud 9 Life may need to make a substitution for a raw material or finished good. Cloud 9 Life reserves the right to substitute a component of similar value, purpose and quality for a product or component that has changed. These substitutions will not affect the quality of any of our products. These substitutions may result in a difference between the specifications of the final product and those included in the catalog or other Cloud 9 Life publications.
EZ Ship is a convenient service to have your favorite products automatically sent to you each month. You can change the product and/or shipping date at any time to meet your needs.
